Join us on Sunday, November 14th at 1pm at W. Collective 332 Main Street, Bennington VT for a meet and greet with local author, Colleen E. Kelley. Colleen will be selling and reading from her latest book "Covid Schmovid: A Primer for Survival." The book is meant to be a fun little read and a gentle reminder for kids and adults about how we can continue to care for ourselves and others.
About the author:
After an Emergency Medicine Residency in Chicago, Colleen moved to Southwestern Vermont in 1992 with her husband and three small children.
Twenty-nine years later, Colleen and her husband still live here and their grown children have moved away, and they love coming home to visit.
Hometown Work: ER physician at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center
Military: Colonel (O6) with the Air Force Reserves, currently serving as the commander of a 155+ Reserve Medical Squadron in Ohio.
All proceeds from the book will be shared with the Vermont Food Bank and GBICS (Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Services).
