Catamount Arts Bluegrass Night is back! The new series, hosted by the popular father-daughter duo Bob & Sarah Amos, will feature the best bluegrass and acoustic music acts in Vermont, and will be held in the new Catamount Arts ArtPort venue at the Green Mountain Mall in St. Johnsbury Center. As always, admission will be free, but donations during the show will be encouraged and gratefully received. On Saturday November 13 Bluegrass Night will feature Banjo Dan's Bluegrass Pioneers, as well as the wonderful Kowal Family Band. The Bluegrass Pioneers are comprised of some of the greatest acoustic music veterans in Vermont (Banjo Dan and Will Lindner, Danny Coane and Sam Blagden) while the Kowal Family Band features the terrifically talented teenage siblings, Ted, Maedi, Finn and Max Kowal. This will be a great way to kick off the series, with two bands that span 50 years of great Vermont Bluegrass music.
As with all Catamount Arts events, your safety is our primary concern. Masks will be required, as well as valid ID, proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test from within 72 hours of the event.
