The MRPS School Board meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, at 6:30. We are convening this Wednesday, 11/3, in the Montpelier High School library. If you would prefer to attend virtually, that's possible as well.
Public comment is a part of every meeting, right at the beginning. Please come let us know how we're doing! What's working well, what could be better? As your school board, we're here to serve the community.
In this week's meeting, we will discuss expanding Montpelier's voting rights for non-citizens; hold a final review of updates to the policies that govern how the district spends money, manages our finances, and establishes an alternative to animal dissection; and get our first look at the ideas that will shape next year's school budget.
