Rutland County Parent Child Center (RCPCC) is hosting a Post Halloween Celebration this Thursday evening, November 4, from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm. RCPCC is seeking any organization who still has their float from the Halloween Parade to bring their float and join in this special outdoor celebration. The mini parade will be held in the parking lot at RCPCC's 16 Chaplin Street site. We will have music, food, candy, and lots of fun.
