Notice is hereby given to the property owners in the Town of Cambridge that payment of the 2021 Property Tax Bill will be due in the hands of the Treasurer at the Town Clerk's Office at 85 Church Street, Jeffersonville VT 05464 on or before 7:00 P.M. on Monday, November 15, 2021 with postmarks not accepted as proof of delivery. This was authorized by the Cambridge voters in Article 7 of the 2021 Annual Town Meeting Australian Ballot.

Checks are to be made payable to the Town of Cambridge. In-person tax payments are accepted during regular office hours, or you may deposit payments into the secure drop box located at the top of the stairs outside the office door. Payments may also be mailed to PO Box 127 Jeffersonville VT 05464 or paid online at: www.cambridgevt.org/paytaxes.
(Third-party vendor fees will be applied to online check and card payments.)

Postmarks are not accepted as proof of timely delivery. Post-dated checks will not be accepted and will be returned.

All property taxes not paid in full by 7:00 P.M. on November 15, 2021 will be considered late and an 8% penalty and additional monthly interest charges will be added to the unpaid principal balance. For more information see www.cambridgevt.org/taxes

If you have not received your 2021 tax bill, contact our office immediately at (802) 644-2251. Lack of a bill does not absolve your responsibility for timely payment.
