Author Melanie Finn discusses being a writer in a small town: the thin line between fact and fiction, narrative and experiential. Melanie's latest novel, The Hare, was a New England Book Award finalist and has just been optioned by Danny Glover's production company, Louverture Films. The Gloaming was a New York Times Notable Book and a Vermont Book Award finalist. The Underneath, in development with Clipper Media as a series, is just out in paperback. After a short reading and presentation, there will be a Q&A.
