Citizens of Washington Central Towns: The School Board is inviting us to help build the schools' budget!
Join the board on Wednesday 11/3 at 6pm via Zoom. You'll get a snapshot of the state of the schools and then help shape the budget priorities for the coming year.
-- What priorities do you want the budgets to emphasize?
-- What parameters do you want them to impose?
-- In short, what's most important to you?
At this community forum, you'll hear leaders of the district report on the 2016-2021 Implementation Plan and the new Moving Forward plan. Then you'll break into small groups with school board members to discuss the priorities you think are most important.
The school budget process is fast! Here are your opportunities to influence it!
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd -- 6PM --Priority Forum for 2022-23 budget with District Leaders & School Board
Wed, November 17th -- Principals present first draft of budget to the School Board
Wed, December 1st - Community Forum to give feedback on the first draft of budget
Wed, January 12th - Community Forum on the second draft of budget.
