Cardio & Core guides participants through an optimal mix of low-impact energetic movement, resistance training and exercises for the abdomen, back and rear to improve stability, range of motion, endurance and balance. We use hand weights, resistance bands and various modalities including Pilates, yoga and functional strength training. All levels and abilities welcome, as exercises are adapted to everyone's needs.
