Start Taking Steps: An Introduction to Advance Care Planning. November 3 at 1:30
There may come a time when you are unable to speak for yourself. The best way to ensure that your wishes are known and honored is to talk with those closest to you and your health care providers about what matters most. Advance Care Planning is a process to help a person, in advance of critical illness, think about and plan for future medical decisions at a time when they are unable to speak for themselves. Join the Vermont Ethics Network for a conversation about how and when to document your health care priorities and start taking steps to make a plan today!
