Castleton Free Library will be offering this FREE 2-day program on June 23 & 24th. Pre-registration is required - call the library at 468-5574. At the moment, we've reached the cap but are taking a waiting list, and we will open a second session if there is enough interest.
The instructor is Zoe Marr-Hilliard, a dancer, dance instructor, and artist who has led many classes for all ages at CFL, CES, and local arts organizations. She currently teaches at Vermont Center for Dance Eduacation. This two-day workshop will introduce basic elements of dance, incorporating many styles and exploring nature and emotion as inspiration for movement. Mid-morning snack will be provided.
(Note: the Castleton Recreation Department will be offering dance classes with Zoe for older children, but those classes will require a fee.)
