Each session includes a 10 minute Introduction, a 5 minute video clip and then Braco's Gaze of 5-7 minutes. The sessions begin on the half hour. Suggested - Watch Paradigm Shift, Golden Bridge, Ocean of Presence Part I and Part II, Power of Silence and other full DVD Documentaries of Braco's Free Offering over the past 25 years. Braco is not a guru. He simply offers a reflection of our own higher self and the simplicity of appreciating the opportunity for an optimistic appreciation of opening the door to our fuller potential.

The Silent Gaze itself is for those 18 yrs. and older. For those who are pregnant and past their third tri-mester, it is recommended that someone else, a family member or loved one offers the Gaze for them as well as for a child by bringing a photograph of the person or holding the person in your heart while gazing for them.

Each gaze offers plenty of opportunity to release judgements, fears, attitudes that we do not wish to entertain or things that may be bothering us. Michale Estar
