The Waterford Citizens Committee for ARPA Funds will meet Wednesday, October 27 at 6:00 pm in the Davies Memorial Library.

The Town of Waterford has received stimulus funds from the American Rescue Plan ACT (ARPA) and the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CSLFRF). The Selectboard has formed a Citizens Committee to review potential uses of the funds that will benefit the residents of Waterford and to develop spending recommendations for the Town and to recommend projects to the Selectboard for implementation.

The meeting October 27th at 6 pm will be informational and intended to educate residents about the eligibility requirements and possibilities for funded projects along with the timeline and process of the ARPA program.

This will definitely not be the only opportunity to participate in the process -- there will be more opportunities to learn about the ARPA funds and put forward your ideas!
