6:30 pm — Public Hearing: Moving to a Planning Commission / Development Review Board – 30 minutes
Note: The Selectboard is holding this hearing to receive comments regarding proposed amendments to create a Development Review Board. For more information, visit the Town website at www.huntingtonvt.org or call the Town Administrator (434-4779). Written comments for Selectboard consideration may be submitted until noon, May 29, 2014 via mail (Huntington Selectboard, 4930 Main Road, Huntington, VT 05462) or via email (townhunt@gmavt.net)
7:00 pm — Public Comment – 15 minutes
7:15 pm — Committees-Boards-Commissions: Liaison, Requests/Reports/Updates & Structure – 30 minutes (Conservation Commission—review & vote on draft scoring matrix and proposed changes to the Conservation Fund application process; Town Hall Committee grant application to VT Housing & Conservation Board; final preparation for Selectboard’s 5/29 (8am-noon) Retreat/Strategic Planning Session)
7:45 pm — Town Plan: Working Session to Review Public Comment – 75 minutes
Note: The Selectboard will begin a review & deliberation process for considering public comments that have been submitted. They will determine which recommendations they want incorporated in a revised draft and determine if those changes are considered minor or ‘substantive’ changes. Voting to approve the plan is deferred to allow sufficient consideration of all public comment received prior to the meeting.

9:05 pm — Highway & Administration– 5 minutes (Correspondence; General Updates; Other / New Business)
