The Lamoille County Star Gazers club has cancelled the observing session to be held at Peoples Academy on Friday night, Oct. 22 due to a bad weather forecast. Instead, the session will, with any luck, take place on Saturday, Oct. 23. As per the original post:

- Targets – Jupiter, Saturn, and the moon.

- Time - 6:30 to 9. (We may end earlier depending on how many people are left.)

- Parking – Park in the student lot by the bandshell and walk across the traffic circle to the observatory on top of the knoll. (Look for the runty silo.) Watch your step on the path leading up to the observatory.

- Dress – Dress warmly. Bring hand-warmers if you have any. It'll be chilly
