Development Application in Your Neighborhood

At its upcoming meeting on October 28, the Essex Planning Commission will review an application for development in your neighborhood.

5:15 PM (at the project site): Following a continued public hearing from October 14, 2021, the Commission will conduct a site visit for lands located at 109 & 113 Brigham Hill Road. The public is invited to attend.

6:30 PM (at the Town Offices): Brad & Renee LaFountain have proposed a boundary adjustment conveying 2.85 acres from 113 Brigham Hill Road to 109 Brigham Hill Road to allow for a 2-dwelling subdivision / residential planned unit development (PUD-R).

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT: The Town currently requires visitors to municipal buildings to wear a cloth face covering, regardless of vaccination status, and to maintain 6-foot distance from others while in the building. Masks are available upon request.
