Hi neighbors! On behalf of the Museum, the Passenger Pigeon, and some neat art, I'd like to invite you to:

Perilous Passages" Evening Reception
Saturday, May 17, 6:30pm
Birds of Vermont Museum, 900 Sherman Hollow Road, Huntington Vermont

We'll kick off our season-long recognition of the Passenger Pigeon's
extinction with an evening gathering. Explore our new exhibit, learn about
the Passenger Pigeon, meet artists and tour new artwork. There will be
wine, cheese, and fascinating conversations.

This is also part of our special programming for "Why Birds Matter", this
year's International Migratory Bird Day theme.

Bonus: terrific kids art, whimsical bird houses, and 502 (or is it 503)
lifelike woodcarvings of birds, large and small.

Parking is in the unpaved lot just past the Museum; do be careful between
parking and our entrance. Feel free to ask us about the recovery plans for
the washout!

Suggested donation : $10 • Prints and cards are for sale (Art for sale
also; available after exhibit closes in October)

See you there!
