Back by popular demand! Rural Vermont hosts another Poultry Slaughter & Butcher Workshop led by Liz Roma of Putting Down Roots and Roma's Butchery. The workshop is Sat Nov 6th from 12-5pm in (South) Royalton. Liz will demo a slaughter, and then all get to break down their own birds (to take home!). $70 includes the workshop and your bird!
