TRUNK OR TREAT AT FOLSOM SCHOOL

It's that time of year again: time to plan for the South Hero Trunk or Treat. This year we will be planning a drive through Trunk or Treat. Families are invited to decorate their cars, Children are invited to wear their costumes with masks and drive through the Folsom parking lot where the Fire Department Auxiliary, Rescue Department, Sheriff's Department, PTO and the Masons will be there to give each child a treat. No one will be getting out of their cars.

We are hoping to have a Pumpkin display to light the way. The Masons have generously donated 30 pumpkins to be carved and returned to us so we can set up the display. Pumpkins will be available for families to pick up on from Saturday October 23th at the Fire Rescue building. Please come get a pumpkin, carve it and return to the Fire Rescue building by Saturday October 30th. We would like to encourage anyone who has a carved pumpkin they would be willing to have in the display to drop it off on Saturday the 30th. Pumpkins can be retrieved at the Fire Rescue station after Halloween.
Our goal is to provide a safe environment for island kids to trick or treat and an opportunity for our island community members who live more rurally to join in the Halloween fun.

Don't miss this year's Truck or Treat at Folsom School on Sunday October 31st from 5:30- 6:30.
