This Saturday, Oct 23 at 7:30, at Bethany Church in Montpelier, and Sunday, Oct 24 at 3:00, at St Paul's in Burlington, the wonderful Borromeo String Quartet from Boston will be performing Beethoven's transcendent String Quartet No. 15 in A minor, Op. 132, and Adolphus Hailstork's String Quartet "Swing Low Sweet Chariot." Flutist Karen Kevra joins them for Gluck's paradisal Minuet and Dance of the Blessed Spirits. Seating is at half-capacity for both venues; masks required. Tickets are available online at www.capitalcityconcerts.org. There will also be "on demand" tickets available to view the concert later (or again!) from your home, for purchase on the website.
