FIVE-TOWN FIRE DEPARTMENT FOOD DRIVE
2021 will be the 15th year for the annual 5-Town Fire Department Food Drive. Please consider making a donation on Saturday, October 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to Noon by stopping by your local fire station where the five area fire departments will once again open the station doors for the annual Fire Department Food Drive. All food and non-perishable items collected are turned over to the Have-A-Heart Food Shelf which serves the communities of Bristol, Lincoln, Monkton, New Haven & Starksboro. Please consider making a donation to this cause.

Here is a list of suggested donations:

Spaghetti Sauce, veggies, soup, tuna, fruit, beans, peanut butter & jelly, cereal, rice, mac & cheese, juice, pasta.

Toilet Paper, deodorant, toothpaste & brushes, bar soap, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner ( items not covered by food stamps )

Holiday Items; Canned pumpkin, stuffing mix, cranberries, evaporated milk, turkey gravy, pie crust.

Please consider donating to this effort by stopping by either the Bristol, Lincoln, Monkton, New Haven or Starksboro fire stations on Saturday October 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. We hope to see you and thank you for help with this worthwhile cause.

Monkton Fire Dept. will be doing a drive-through drop off station in front of our apparatus bay doors. Members will be present to assist people as needed. Drop off items can be placed in your trunk, truck bed, passenger seat, or back seat and we will be happy to grab them for you. Thank you once again for your support and help with this important and worthwhile cause.
