The Waterbury Public Library is sponsoring a Halloween concert outdoors at the Library this Saturday, Oct 16th, at 10:30-11:30 with Miss Andrea of Musical Munchkins bringing all the fun. I know this will be a wonderful event because I know the performer, my wife, and she corralled me into doing some sound effects.

Come in costume and Bring a blanket or chair for an interactive participatory Halloween program of songs, stories, puppets, and props, movement & instruments geared for your preschooler, Kindergartner & toddler (all siblings welcome)
