On Sunday, March 23 and Sunday, March 30, John Keenan will lead a discussion of Christianity and Buddhism, at 11:30 am (after 10:00 am service) at St John the Baptist Episcopal Church, 39 W Church St, Hardwick. Rev. Keenan is Professor Emeritus of Religion at Middlebury College and recently served as priest of St.Mark's Episcopal Church in Newport, VT. He studied Chinese and Japanese to find new ways to ask Christian questions; studied Buddhism to find new ways to answer Christian questions; and became a scholar of Buddhism, Episcopal priest, and interfaith theologian.
