Hola Salseros! (or soon to be...)

Just a reminder that there is a beginners SALSA class Friday, March 6th at First and Fitness in Montpelier (next to the police station behind city hall). This is an all levels welcome class focusing on the social aspects of salsa dancing. Partners are not necessary. This is a lovely group of people who are supportive, friendly, and fun! And if you're up to it some of us get Mad Taco after class and/or go to Zen Lounge in Burlington for open social dancing!

Take a chance and come shake it! I can personally attest that this class is responsible for my elevated mood throughout this dismal winter as well as my diminishing social anxiety. Dancing is good for the soul, period.
