A self-designed prevention and wellness process that anyone can use to get well, stay well, and make the life the way you want it to be.
The program is designed to help you:
-Keep track of feelings and behaviors
-Plan responses to reduce, change, or prevent them
-Feel more in control of your life and feelings
-Enjoy a better quality of life
-Achieve your life goals and dreams
This is a 24 hour long program divided into 4 sessions.
Saturday and Sunday 9/22+9/23 AND 9/29+9/30 9am-4pm (1 hour lunch break)
