Flow Strength & Conditioning

This class uses strength and agility building exercises to challenge both the body and the breath. Through a deeper understanding of breathing as it relates to movement and work, this training increases lung capacity and greatly improves stamina by proper breathing alone. While breathing is a main focus of the work, physical strength is greatly developed through the practice of functional movement.
