Mondays and Fridays, May 2, 5, 9, 12, &16 - 2:30 – 3:30pm
Join a 5 session fitness class led by certified personal trainer Michelle Delaney and sponsored by the Cabot Public Library. Learn how to use resistance bands to build muscle and how to design your own strength and cardio interval training.
