Flow and Unwind with Beth

Perfect for beginners or intermediate yoga practitioners, this class will focus on building mental and physical strength, perfecting alignment in various asanas (poses), and connecting movement with breath.
Over the 6-week session we will move through a similar set of yoga asanas each week so that beginners especially, can start to notice the changes in their strength and the improvements in their flexibility.
Each class ends with a handful of restorative postures and a guided relaxation to leave your mind and body feeling connected, refreshed and completely relaxed.
Single class: Students w/ ID $10, Adults $13, 6 week session package $70
