On Thursday, May 22nd, at 7 PM, Glenn Andres, Professor of the History of Art and Architecture at Middlebury College, will present a superb slide program on notable, historic Vermont architecture. Andres and Curtis Johnson, photographer and co-author of "Buildings of Vermont", will both speak. The program, free and open to the public, will be held in the sanctuary of Castleton's Federated Church -- often referred to as Thomas Dake's masterpiece. Refreshments will be served. Questions? Call Holly Hitchcock at 468-5105.
(Originally scheduled for a single evening in Middlebury, this program played to capacity crowds, turned people away, and was offered twice more.)
