Tai Chi is a gentle exercise which can provide the benefits of fall prevention, coordination, body alignment, reduced arthritis pain, better blood sugar levels and lowered blood pressure. You can participate seated. The class will be held every Thursday, beginning on June 17th, at 3 PM (Tai Chi for Fall Prevention) and 2 PM (Yang 24) at the old Courcelle/Armory building, 16 North Street Extension in Rutland.
