"Let Peace begin, right now, with me." Keying off of the Universal Peace Pledge we start with a grounding and centering meditation and then find our own source of peace, healing, and compassion. From that source we send healing to our own pain and then outward to the home, the community, the nation, and finally the world. Come join us online every Wednesday from 7 to 7:45 pm.
