Coming to the Highland Center for the Arts:
Caspian Monday Music returns to the Main Stage this summer for a chamber concert on Monday August 12 and the Caspian Monday Music Orchestra on August 19. Featuring conductor Anna Binneweg (Music Director/Conductor of the Londontowne Symphony Orchestra (Annapolis, MD) and the Music Director/Conductor of the AACC Symphony Orchestra), Solomiya Ivakhiv, violin and concertmaster (performances at Carnegie Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, and at UConn’s Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts) among other venues, and Igor Leschishin oboe (principal oboist for the Washington National Opera Orchestra at the Kennedy Center since 1998) along with some of Vermont’s best musicians.
Tickets are $23, Seniors $20, Students $10.
