The Community Health Team of Gifford with the support of Vermont 802 Quits is offering a FREE quit smoking program to support you in learning how to curb cravings, develop coping strategies, meet others who are quitting and prevent relapses. This program is open to anyone who is interested in quitting or supporting someone else who is on the path to quitting. There is no obligation to quit. Come for support and knowledge! This program is ongoing through the year. There is no limit to how many programs you can attend.
