Finding Your Center: a 4-week series Thursdays in April 6:30-7:30pm on Zoom

We will explore simple practices for returning to yourself, including mindfulness, stress management techniques, and tools for increasing emotional self-awareness. We will have time for conversation and support around what these practices have to offer, and for whatever else comes up.

We welcome everyone who has been impacted by sexual violence, whether from their own experience or supporting a loved one. Given the virtual format, we are happy to include folks from Washington county and beyond
