FAMILY YOGA taught by Kristen Whitman
When: 5 sessions, Wednesdays 5:00-5:50, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17.

Where: Stone Valley Arts at Fox Hill, 145 E Main St, Poultney, VT 05764

Description: A chance to get exercise and bond with your child at the same time. Classes will include both individual and partner yoga poses. Adult/child pairs will work together to build strength, balance, and flexibility in a relaxed, joyful setting. Kristen Whitman is a dancer, an educator, and a mother of two boys. She enjoys practicing yoga and looks forward to helping parents and children explore this type of exercise together.

Cost: $10 a class for adult/child pair.
