The next meeting of the Newbury Book Discussion Group will be Thursday, Nov. 4th from 7-8 PM at the Tenney Memorial Library. This month we are reading David Nicholls' novel "One Day." Though winning the UK's "Popular Fiction Book of the Year" award in 2010, evidently this book elicits decidedly mixed reviews by the reading public. Judging by their comments, people either love it or hate it. Which camp will you fall into??? Get a copy of the book through your local library and inter-library loan and join our discussion in November. It should be a good one! Everyone is welcome.
