Annual Fall Fundraiser

Our annual fundraiser returns this Halloween! Treat yourself to a delicious meal for a good cause! The library will be serving up homemade chicken stew and a delicious red lentil soup at its annual Fall fundraiser on Sunday, October 31, from 1 pm to 5 pm – (or until we run out).

We will be offering the dishes via. curbside pickup. You can place a pre-order now by calling, emailing, or using our online signup form below! Orders will be ready for you when you arrive! You can also place an order in person on the day of, however we will only be serving while supplies last! Pay with cash, or check at pickup, or pay by card when you pre-order.

Menu:

Chicken stew – 8.00
A homemade stew rich in flavor with chicken, potatoes, peas, pearl onions, and carrots. Seasoned with a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic. Yum!

Red Lentil soup – 8.00
A hearty vegetable based soup with sauteed onions,and garlic. Seasoned with cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne, and then rounded out by simmering carrots, and red lentils in a vegetable broth. This wonderful dish is then finished with lemon juice and cilantro!

*Each option is served with wonderful homemade bread. Gluten free bread will be offered as well!

We will also be offering cookies and brownies by donation!
