A program to enhance your body's ability to heal from auto-immune disease and chronic ailments. This program will bring down your inflammatory response and allow you to feel nourished with radiant health. We will review concepts of an anti-inflammatory diet, create delicious meal plans, discuss stress management techniques, and explore your unique needs while reducing your overall pain. It is remarkable how much better you can feel with a few essential tweaks.
Mindful Eating
October 18-Jan 3, 7pm-8:30pm ET on zoom
A program to overcome emotional eating, manage weight and cultivate presence. Transform your relationship with food as you learn to listen to your body's innate wisdom. Together we practice joyfully feeding ourselves, learn to identify hunger and satiation signals, improve your body composition, resolve compulsive and/or emotional eating and integrate self care practices that empower you to take charge of your health. Private and group coaching available.
