Please join the Derick Leroy Benoit Scholarship Committee for a Benefit Dance featuring The Jimmy Towle Experiment and Twist of Fate on October 16, 2021 from 7-11pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club in Vergennes. Admission is $10 per person. There will also be raffle items from local businesses. Raffle tickets sold separately, at the event and you must be present to win.

Derick was a 2012 graduate of Vergennes Union High School who lost his life to suicide. Derick's scholarship is unique in it's intent to continue the awareness of how important it is to give youth hope for their future and to remember the loss of one so young. We have given out $9,000 in the last 6 years, benefitting 13 VUHS seniors.
