Clothing Swap/ Free Clothing Drive at The Sheffield Town Hall. Donation drop off day is October 7th 9AM- 2PM. Swap/Drive Day is October 9th 9AM - 2PM. This is an all FREE clothing event held at The Sheffield Town Hall. We will be accepting donations of clean, stain free, gently used clothing for all genders, ages and seasons. We can only accept one 13 gallon trash bag per donor. You do NOT need to donate to be able to recieve. And you do NOT need to be a Sheffield resident to participate either.
