Join us in Hardwick for a Grow Your Own community cider pressing event.

Bring your roadside and backyard apples to Atkins Saturday for a cider pressing party and celebration of the banner apple season.

The cider press will be churning between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at Atkin Field in Hardwick Saturday. Bring jugs if you have them!

And thanks to Sterling students, there will be plenty of activities and snacks for kids of all ages: Indigenous apple bingo, homemade apple chips, apple printing, and apple recipes including instructions for making hard cider at home.
