Starting on October 2nd, join the Winooski Memorial Library on Saturdays from 10 to 11 AM for our STEAM activity hour! Each week will feature a new project for young learners that will engage the mind and introduce participants to science, technology, engineering, art and math-based concepts.
This program is intended for youth ages 5 and up, however parents are encouraged to partake! Youth should attend in clothing appropriate for art projects.
Saturday, October 2: Cardboard Owls
On our first week, we'll get creative upcycling paper towel rolls into owls. We'll learn about different species for inspiration and listen to owl calls while we build. It'll be a hoot!
The Library also continues to host Storytime on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 AM, and Playgroup and Family Support on Tuesdays at 12 PM! Check out the rest of our youth and adult program offerings online at: https://www.winooskivt.gov/Library
