The Center for Arts and Learning hosts two new exhibits, on view now through December. We'll host a reception for Emma Norman from 5-7 pm during the October Art Walk .
IN THE NIGHT OF DAY: Photographs by Emma Norman taken in San Francisco as the wildfire smoke colored everything. Known for portraits, these cityscapes provide a look at a moment in time. Meet the artist from 5-7.
This exhibit is in the First Floor Studio Gallery sponsored by The Drawing Board. Prints will be available for sale.
VOICES OF HOME: Portraits and stories of residents of the Decker Towers and South Burlington Community Housing by Corrine Yonce, curated by the Vermont Folklife Center. These vibrant acrylic paintings are in the second floor Community Gallery sponsored by National Life Group.
Bring your cell phone to listen to their stories. If you care about affordable housing, don't miss this one. Reception to be scheduled at a later date.
CAL's galleries are wheelchair accessible via elevator. We require masks in all common areas. Refreshments and pronoun buttons provided.
