Tinmouth's monthly sitting group - Wednesday May 14th - 6 - 8 pm at the Tinmouth Old Firehouse
Everyone is welcome - whether new to meditation or an experienced practitioner.
We practice sitting and walking meditation. You can feel welcome to arrive and depart as your schedule allows. We will have two 20-minute sitting meditations and a time for walking meditation, ending between 7:30 and 8:00 pm. If you have a cushion or bench, feel welcome to bring it along. We will have chairs set up for everyone.
