Kristin Martins of The Birthing Trail- Doula and Childbirth education services has openings in their upcoming Preparation for Birth class for pregnant people and their support person!

Childbirth Education is an important part of getting ready for baby's arrival! In this class we will discuss preparing for labor, the process of labor and birth, making decisions, your options, comfort measures, and postpartum. This 4-week class will leave you feeling more confident and ready! Class dates are as follows:
