Alice Wuertele, Francophile and cinémaphile, will present two French films during the month of October, and will facilitate audience discussion after the viewing. In addition to being a French teacher, Alice has been a member and devotee of Catamount for 18 years.

On Wednesday, October 6th, Les Intouchables, a poignant and humorous film, is based on a true story. Starring two of France's award winning actors, François Cluzet and Omar Sy, it became one of the country's highest grossing films. In French with English subtitles. From 2011. Rated R.
