Hi everyone! On October 16, 2021 I will be hosting Walk For Freedom Greenwich, NY from 1pm-3pm. This is a free local walk to help spread awareness and to help abolish human trafficking. On October 16, join me and thousands of others in cities all around the world to walk together, taking local action to make a global difference.

I encourage you to take a deep dive into the human trafficking problem if you are not familiar with it, listen to the stories of the survivors, see the work that A21 and other organizations put in to rescue and rehabilitate victims but also bring their traffickers to justice. This is a serious problem, and just because we may not have a current human trafficking problem in our quaint little town, some kids grow up and move away.. they might move to a place with human trafficking and if we don't raise awareness here, they could be potential victims.. A family taking a vacation could be a victim.. awareness will help to ensure that if this problem does come to our area, we will know the signs and how to report it.

This walk starts at Mowry Park to Big Lots Parking Lot then back down to Van Ness to Academy Street then back to Mowry Park, 2.2 Miles in total.
