The Commissioners will present information and answer questions on the proposed transfer of four parcels of property from EFUD to the Town of Waterbury.
The properties proposed for transfer are:
1. Small parcel with Welcome Sign by the roundabout;
2. Elm Street Parking Lot;
3. Rusty Parker Park;
4. 40 acre parcel on River Road where closed landfill and Ice Center are located.
