Want to help people provide fresh food for themselves and their families? Volunteers are needed for a garden building work day on Friday, October 1st at Lakeview Housing in Newport from 3-5pm to help build garden beds, fill them with soil and plant garlic bulbs. All materials, some tools, and guidance (plus snacks) will be provided. Feel free to bring a drill or a circular saw to make work quicker!
