Need a good excuse to check out the autumn foliage? Enjoy VERMONT OPEN STUDIO WEEKEND, Saturday & Sunday, Oct. 2nd and 3rd. This self-guided tour of ART and FINE CRAFT studios and workshops is free, statewide and open to EVERYONE! If touring locally, please be sure to visit the art studio of award-winning Vermont painter, Mike Mayone in East Middlebury.

Mike's studio will be open from 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday and Sunday — come discover his beautiful paintings, prints and notecards. Although known for his high-realism, high-detail landscapes, wildlife pieces, and occasional folk art, Mike's first major car portrait, "Morgan 3 Wheeler" will also be on display (an "American Craft Week" national winner). There will be artwork available for sale... and you can learn how easy it is to create your OWN originals with Mike's fun and effective painting lessons!
