Rutland United Methodist Church, 60 Strongs Ave., is hosting a barbeque chicken dinner on October 1st. $20 for a take out dinner which includes 1/4 chicken (thigh and leg), baked potato, baked beans, coleslaw and zucchini cake. All proceeds go to our food outreach ministry, The Comfort Zone, which serves a daily hot breakfast to between 65-90 people in our community who are homeless and/or are living with food insecurity.

We are preselling dinners for pick up at 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 or 6:30 pm. To place a reservation, call the Methodist Church at 802-773-2460 or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 802-773-9659.
